Live migration across 30+ sites, tested on real inventory and service data, go-live October 2026
The problem
More than 30 service centres ran on a legacy garage management system that could not support the network as it grew. Migrating live sites meant moving inventory, service history and payments without interrupting a single day of trading.
What I did
- Ran the business side of the migration as project and product manager, across the vendor, Finance and Operations.
- Owned requirements, gap analysis, configuration and data migration.
- Specified the payment integration and the credit controls for fleet, corporate and government accounts.
- Led user acceptance testing on live data ahead of go-live.
