Field app for fuel-court oil checks
In daily production use by the operations team, turning an unmeasured field activity into a tracked acquisition channel
The problem
Free vehicle checks at fuel courts were a main top-of-funnel activity, but entries were recorded on paper and could not be verified — so a genuine check and a fabricated one were indistinguishable, and neither could be tied to the work it produced.
What I did
- Designed, built and shipped the app to production, using AI-assisted development.
- Integrated it with the CRM so every field check became a tracked lead.
- Built in verification to stop fabricated entries at source.
